We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to be responsible for the management of the service delivery. This is a key position in ensuring that all service and maintenance activities are delivered safely and in line with industry standards.

As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Managing the performance of all maintenance and service-related operational obligations for different sites
* Communicate issues and escalations in a timely and effective manner
* Liaise with head of operations over budget management for the account
* Production of performance reports
* Undertake audits of medical equipment

The successful Operations Manager will have the following related skills / experience:
* MHRA managing medical devices
* Contract management skills
* 5+ years' experience in NHS / private healthcare
* Expertise in at least one medical equipment modality
