Our Theale based client are looking for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis to start as soon as possible until the end of August 2025.
- Job type: Temporary
- Location: Theale
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 4.30pm or 8.30am - 5pm
- Pay rate: £13.00 per hour
As the Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Processing orders on the database
- Updating database with delivery dates on bespoke progressing system
- Answering customer queries both on email and via the phone
- Confirming delivery due dates for your portfolio of suppliers
- Updating internal reports.
- Ad hoc duties as and when required
The successful Custoemr Service Administrator will have the following related skills / experience:
- Previous experience of working in a busy customer service role
- Good time management skills are required along with the ability to prioritise work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Must have a can-do attitude and be able to work as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good knowledge of Excel & Word
