Our client based in Reading are looking for an experienced Administrator to support the office for initially 4 weeks but this could be extended depending on workload.

Duties will include:

  • Supporting the Office Manager with general admin duties
  • Answering the phone
  • Processing orders on the system
  • Assisting the Finance Manager with Accounts Payable admin

Skills required:

  • Previous experience of working in an Accounts Payable or Administration role is essential
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Intermediate MS Office skills
  • Reliable with a "can do" attitude
