Our client is seeking a candidate to join their Site based team as an Office Manager.

Candidates applying for this position will ideally posses previous site based office management support experience and be used to working under pressure.

Standard hours of work are Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm however the site is open between 7am - 6pm and flexibility is required to ensure work is completed on time.

Salary will be between £28,000 - £32,000 depending on experience with travel fully paid by the client.

Daily duties;

  • Weekly invoice schedules from accounts
  • General admin
  • Purchase orders
  • New account approvals
  • Cleaner rotas
  • Assisting security office (paperwork / orders / deliveries)
  • Incoming deliveries (checking, lifting to another floor, storing away)
  • Greeting customers / visitors on arrival
  • Assisting visitors with PPE on demand
  • Asset registers
  • Carrying out internal inductions for all new starters / gathering all information
  • T Requests for all new starters / desk set ups
  • Monthly progress reports for client meetings
  • Liaising with the clients
  • Diary / meeting room rota upkeep for the teams
  • Smartwaste records
  • Staff training matrix
  • Staff holiday calendar / records / course attendances
  • Diary management for senior staff
  • Expenses for senior staff
  • Handle team events
  • Couriering, order tracker, scanning, binding sub-contractor contracts & warranties for Sub-Contractor contracts & warranties
  • Purchase order schedule
  • Meeting minutes when applicable
  • T queries
  • Appraisal dates / forms
  • Create signage on request
  • Office presentation / set up
  • Scheduling site vehicle deliveries
  • Community liaison
